ISOTHERMAL DNA Development Tool
Heated fluorometer used in DNA development applications.
The Isothermal fluorometer prototype is a single tube fluorometer designed to take fluorescence measurements at a constant temperature. With a two-channel optical design, this fluorometer is capable of measuring two different fluorophores in the same sample. A temperature toggle switch allows you to switch between two different temperature set points that are factory set for your specific application. The Isothermal Fluorometer operates from a PC based software though a USB connector. Data is generated in .CSV format which is easily recognizable by MS Excel™.
Fluorescence Channels
Customize by choosing two of these three channels:
UV Channel:
• Ex 365 nm
• Em 440 - 470 nm
Blue Channel:
• Ex 460 nm
• Em 515 - 575 nm
Green Channel:
• Ex 525 nm
• Em >570 nm
Sample Compartment
The sample compartment accepts 12 x 75 mm tubes or 0.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes.
